how we create exquisite metal-crafted items involves a detailed and meticulous process, ensuring each imagination of our client presents his / her imagination into reality.
Step 1: imagination into blueprint: first we arrange a meeting with our client and then we start gathering knowledge from our client about what they want, what are there expectation, if they have some replica of the design or whether they have a similar product related to there imagination of design.
Step 2: exquisite and create samples: once we gather the entire information from our creative team start working on the design with unique designs, often inspired by nature, historical monuments, literature and based on customer input. the creative team draft the design very carefully and ensures that every single detail has been drafted and matches with the client’s imagination.
Step 3: select the appropriate material for the client: once the drafting of the design has been completed we start the selection of material on which the design has to be cut and share the sample of metal along with the specifications. Once selection is done we start our next process.
Step 4: cutting of selected metal: once the material selection has been completed we start cutting of drafted design on the piece of metal with each precise cutting on it along with the engraving and etching process.
Step 5: Finishing and plating process; once cutting has been done we buff on the metal piece to clean off extra burring marks and once it is done we do the plating process as per the client’s imagination or similar product they want.
